Operating Principles

• The sanitary weld non-return check valve is a universal one-way fluid valve.

• The inside of the valve is composed of two semicircular springs and a plate surface.

• The spring is fixed on the valve body with a pin to close the valve plate and the fluid pressure opens the spring.

• The body of Check valve is divided into two parts,they are together by the clamp, and also use a special gasket for seal.A guide discs and four guide bar are used to guide the spring,which is equipped with spindle with O type seal.
